This seltzer is loaded up with pink guava pureé and a touch of sweetness. It’s very much a cocktail like drink that bursts with purity goodness and finishes a lil’ tart to keep you coming back for more.

Golden Cactus Special Bitter is an English style pale ale that’s made with lots of specialty crystal malts, english yeasty boyz, and house made invert sugar syrup. Topped off with american hops (Willamette) that have english ancestry. The result? A malty beer with fruity english character with a balancing bitterness.

A newer West Coast style IPA that’s good and dry, with very little malt profile to make the hops shine through. In typical GCB fashion we brewed this beer with only one hop varietal, Vic Secret. An Australian hop with a slightly earthy character in the initial flavor profile that morphs into bold pineapple, passionfruit, and piney resin.

ABV: 6.5%

This dry Irish stout is brewed with Simpsons Black Malt, an intensely rich, dark roasted malt that delivers bold flavor with a clean, dry finish. If this reminds you of the widely distributed dark beer that begins with G, you're in the right neighborhood..but with even more flavor and stout character. We're pouring it through our side-pull faucet to give it a silky, foamy head reminiscent of a nitro pour. Sláinte!

Welcome our newest member to the Golden sour fam, Pepo, is a brite and refreshing light sour beer with just the right amount of watermelon pureé added during fermentation. The result, a beer that still drinks like a beer but has the quality of a watermelon sour candy without all the sugar.

A new take on an old style. Moira is made with heaping amounts of house made caramel sugar, crystal malts, and roasty chocolate malts. The large amount of simple sugar help the beer to dry out a bit, which makes for a slightly boozy beer with a touch of sweetness and caramel sugar in the aroma.

Belgian style saison, delicate and floral with notes of honeysuckle and clove.

In the 1970's the brewers who made Märzen style Oktoberfest (a dark and slightly robust lager) decided they needed to stay relevant to modern taste, and started producing a lighter and more quaffable beer. The style that was born is called Festbier, and luckily for our customers we produce both styles of beer.

Made with Munich malt, a slightly more roasted base grain, that imparts cracker, english biscuit, and toasted bread. Then, we lagered it to give you the clean finish that’s made for liter drinking.
