Main Squeeze
This hard lemonade seltzer is our newest GF option to hit the taps. Made with a seltzer base, then copious amounts of Sicilian Lemon pureé, and a touch of sugar. It’s crisp, refreshing, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Even if you usually don’t drink seltzer, this is the perfect palate cleanser after a few beers. This seltzer is officially brewer approved.

Piña
This hazy session IPA is brewed exclusively with Dolcita hops. This beer is bursting with a bright, tropical aroma and layers of citrus and stone fruit. Expect notes of coconut, Valencia orange, caramelized banana, peach, and honey dew melon- aka sunshine in a glass and perfect for warmer days ahead.

Paddy Wampus
This dry Irish stout is brewed with Simpsons Black Malt, an intensely rich, dark roasted malt that delivers bold flavor with a clean, dry finish. If this reminds you of the widely distributed dark beer that begins with G, you're in the right neighborhood..but with even more flavor and stout character. We're pouring it through our side-pull faucet to give it a silky, foamy head reminiscent of a nitro pour. Sláinte!

The Bandit
This brew is a Grodiskie, a historical beer style originating from Poland. Brewed exclusively with oak-smoked wheat malt, it carries a delicate, clean smokiness. Often nicknamed the champagne of beers, Grodziskies are known for their clarity, effervescence, and crisp, refreshing finish. Light in body, and low in alcohol, this beer is designed for easy drinking while still offering a unique, old-world flavor experience.

Peachy Keen
A blonde ale fermented with London 3 ale yeast, and then dosed with loads of golden peach pureé. Most people only make hazy IPAs with London 3 ale yeast but we've been messing around with different styles to accentuate already fruity beers to push them over the top. We feel that we've succeeded with this one. It's an easy drinker that offers a lush, fruity flavor profile with subtle notes of stone fruit blossom. Light bodied, juicy, and finishes with a crisp, refreshing snap.

Moira
A new take on an old style. Moira is made with heaping amounts of house made caramel sugar, crystal malts, and roasty chocolate malts. The large amount of simple sugar help the beer to dry out a bit, which makes for a slightly boozy beer with a touch of sweetness and caramel sugar in the aroma.

Pils R GĂśD
An Italian style pilsner with a delicate malt character and a refreshingly crisp finish. A staff favorite! Most Italian pilsners are dry hopped. Ours isn’t. Dry hopping is great and all, but heavy kettle additions give a more refined and pleasant hop flavor/aroma that isn’t garnered by dry hopping (especially with “noble hops''). 100% Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops with 100% Epiphany Modern Pilsner malt.

Pickle Rick
Ok, strange beer here, but bear with us. It may be kooky, but this kettle soured beer is dosed with all the pickle herbs that make for a strangely satiating good time. Coriander, Bay leaf, mustard seed, and a little salt are kettle additions on brew day. Shortly thereafter, it’s dry hopped with Sorachi Ace hops (silly but very Dilly). Even the pickle haters are pleasantly surprised by this one.
