Cosmos

Cosmos, a fruity taproom favorite from Golden Cactus Brewing—a super chill brewery in Roanoke, Virginia.

This beer began as a relatively simple one with a mild grain mixture and small hop additions, but then we loaded it up with cherry pureé and a dash of lime pureé to add a level of tart that makes for a satisfying drinkability. It’s quickly becoming a taproom favorite for regulars and taproom newbies alike!
