Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You can view shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to better serve our global customers.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Golden Cactus Brewing. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policies below:

Return Policy:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued.

Exchange Policy:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will ship a replacement to you promptly.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
